GOVERNING BODIES
General Assembly:
The sovereign body of the Association, composed of all members entitled to vote.da tutti i soci aventi diritto al voto.
President:
The President holds the legal representation of the Association before third parties and in legal proceedings. They oversee the implementation of the resolutions passed by the General Assembly and the Board of Directors, supervise the general operations of the Association, coordinate its activities, and ensure compliance with the statute and regulations.
Vice-President:
The Vice-President supports the President in carrying out the Association’s activities and exercises the powers delegated to them by the Board of Directors, with particular responsibility for international relations.
Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors is the restricted administrative and management body of the Association, assisting the President in the performance of their duties.
Board of Arbitrators:
The Board of Arbitrators is responsible for amicably resolving any disputes that may arise regarding the interpretation and application of the Statute, as well as monitoring compliance with the Code of Ethics and statutory regulations.
Secretariat:
The Secretariat supports the Association’s governing bodies in their operational and organisational activities, coordinating communications and overseeing administrative matters.
